Mastectomy Fitter Certification (CMF)
Mastectomy fitting is the practice of addressing medical conditions of the upper extremities and post-mastectomy surgical outcomes.
Pursuant to a physician’s order, a mastectomy fitter measures a patient and properly fits, dispenses and adjusts external breast prostheses, bras and related supplies. Trained and certified mastectomy fitters are integral to the physical and emotional well-being of patients, providing instruction and training on how to properly use and maintain post-mastectomy devices.
Diana Klunk, President of LifeChanges Boutique, Inc. is a Certified Mastectomy Fitter. Please call to schedule a private, free consultation.

Certified Elvarex Fitter
Diana Klunk has been specially trained and certified as a Jobst Elvarex fitter. With this certification, she is able to measure for and order custom designed and manufactured compression garments for practically any body part or shape. JOBST® Elvarex® helps maintain the reduced volume and shape of the limb. These garments help to inhibit further fluid accumulation and help to assure therapeutic results achieved by compression. Elvarex® compression garments are indicated when decongestion is achieved so the garment helps prevent an increase in the extremity dimensions. Based on medical necessity and available only with a physician’s order, a custom Elvarex garment can provide relief and containment for many conditions. Please call to schedule a fitting appointment after you have received a written prescription from your physician or healthcare provider.
